Southside Lots For Sale $1

Are you looking to build your dream house?  The City of Lamberton will be selling the remaining Southside Second Addition lots for $1.  These lots are large offering you many options and privacy.  There are covenants attached to the lots that buyers need to follow.  (A link to the covenants can be found bellow.)  Buyers will pay a closing cost fee of $500 which will be refunded to the buyer by the city once the property has been developed.  Closing must happen within 90 days of signing the purchase agreement.
